For over 23 years, since our journey began in Downtown Beirut, our mission has been clear: to create not just remarkable food, but remarkable moments. To connect with people through the power of hospitality. This year has reaffirmed our commitment to that mission and has brought with it triumphs, challenges, and countless reasons to be grateful.
At the heart of it all is our incredible team of “Salmontinians.” Their loyalty, dedication, and unrelenting pursuit of excellence inspire me daily. This year, their passion has been the driving force behind our successes. It’s a privilege to work alongside such talented individuals, and I’m committed to fostering an environment where they can grow, thrive, and continue to deliver the exceptional hospitality that defines our brand.
2024 Milestones
This year saw the launch of Salmontini Le Bistro Abu Dhabi, a vibrant addition to our portfolio. Located in the heart of the city at Le Royal Meridien, it has quickly become a favorite for locals and visitors alike. We also revitalized Salmontini Le Resto Mall of the Emirates and Salmontini Le Bistro DIFC with refreshed menus that highlight our commitment to culinary innovation and quality.
We welcomed new team members who have brought fresh energy and perspective to our mission. Each one has contributed to strengthening our culture of excellence and creativity.
Of course, no year is without its challenges. 2024 tested us, but these moments have made us stronger as a team. They’ve reminded us of the importance of resilience and the unwavering support of our guests, partners, and community.
A Vision for 2025
As we look ahead to 2025, the future feels full of promise. We are expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a significant milestone in our growth journey. Franchising opportunities are also on the horizon, allowing us to share our concepts with new markets and audiences.
In addition, we are developing innovative dining concepts that we are eager to unveil, each inspired by our belief that dining is about more than just food. It’s about connection, shared experiences, and lasting memories.
